Mugwort has a pleasant sage like aroma, which can be complimented by many other spices such as orange, and juniper. Aside from beer making, dried Mugwort can be used in teas, and many other applications.
For use in brewing: use up to 1 ounce in a 5 gallon batch to impart a sage like aroma
