This blended culture is used to produce the classic beer styles of the West Flanders region of Belgium
Has an attenuation of 80-85%+ with a medium-high alcohol tolerance and medium-low flocculation
Optimum fermentation temperature is 68-80 degrees Fahrenheit
PLEASE NOTE: This yeast strain is only available seasonally from April-June
